This final conference of the DiGiN project brings together municipal staff, DEI practitioners and policymakers to reflect on two years of collaborative work on embedding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in local administrations.
The event will present key project results, tools and inspiring practices developed with European municipalities, alongside reflections from partners and external speakers. Through presentations, discussion and exchange, the conference will explore how inclusive workplace policies and cultures can be sustained as a structural part of municipal governance.
